Tai Po Island House Conservation Studies Centre
Built at the beginning of the 20th century as the former official residence of the New Territories’ District Commissioners, Island House now serves as our education and conservation research centre, promoting environmental and cultural heritage education. We organize Island House Open Day annually and regular visits for schools/uniform groups. We also open certain areas in the Island House Conservation Studies Centre to the public: |
